All entrees are served with Injera (a pancake-like sourdough bread) and with a choice of one side order: Misir Wot (Split Lentil), Kik Alcha (Split-Pea Alicha), Selata (House Salad), Fasolia (Green Beans), Cabbage, Suf (Sunflower Seed), Timatim Fitit, Ayib (Home Made Cottage Cheese), Gomen (Collard Greens), Mettin-Shiro.

1. Doro Wot
$13.99Ethiopian traditional dish. Chicken leg or thigh marinated in lemon juice, then sautéed with berbere. (Dried ground chilies), and lots of onion seasoned with garlic, fresh ginger, seasoned butter, and cooked gently until tender. Served with a hard-boiled egg.

2. Ye-beg Wot
$14.99Lamb stews with homemade spices in a rich berberé (a mild blend of dried ground chilies) sauce and spiced butter. Served with a side of Beg Alicha or Merek Fitit (Lamb stew).

3. Regular Kitfo
$13.99Ethiopian style steak tartar, seasoned to a rich flavor with our special blend of spices, mitmita (a hot blend of dried ground chilies), and spiced butter. Served with collard green and Ayib (Ethiopian homemade cottage cheese) or can be substituted for one of the above side orders. Prepared traditionally (uncooked), slightly cooked, or can be ordered well done.

4. Kitfo Dulet
$13.99Regular kitfo made with diced jalapeños and onion. Served with cottage cheese and collard greens on the side or can be substituted from one of the above side orders.
5. Zilzil
$14.99Strips of tender prime beef marinated in awaze sauce (a combination of Ethiopian honey wine, garlic, onions, and berbere sauce). The finger-length strips are sautéed in seasoned & cooked with Ethiopian herb & olive oil.

6. Ye-Awazé Tibs
$13.99Tender cubed beef marinated in Awaze sauce, deliciously rich spices, and sautéed with onions, garlic, a touch of ginger, and spiced butter.
7. Ye-Quanta Firfir (Beef Jerky)
$13.99Beef stew seasoned with our special blend of spices and spiced butter, then mixed with bits of Injera.
8. Doro Fitfit With Scrambled Egg

12. Ibex Kitfo
$13.99This is our special kitfo mixed with collard greens, Ayib (homemade cottage cheese), herbal butter, and Mitmita. Prepared traditionally (uncooked), slightly cooked, or can be ordered well done. Can be substituted from one of the above side orders.

$18.99Trim short ribs marinated with Ibex sauce suited with onion, tomato, fresh garlic, and jalapeno pepper.

10. Gomen Be Siga
$14.99Fresh collard greens sautéed with cubed beef, finely diced onions, and peppers, spiced with cardamom and peppercorn.

Cubed tender beef or lamb marinated with our special sauce, sautéed with onion, fresh rosemary, jalapeno, and a touch of fresh garlic. This entrée can be ordered Derek (stir-fried until tender) or Lega tibs (juicy stir-fried until tender).
