3. Regular Kitfo
Ethiopian style steak tartar, seasoned to a rich flavor with our special blend of spices, mitmita (a hot blend of dried ground chilies), and spiced butter. Served with collard green and Ayib (Ethiopian homemade cottage cheese) or can be substituted for one of the above side orders. Prepared traditionally (uncooked), slightly cooked, or can be ordered well done.
